The Activity Report displays vehicle location, time, mileage and movement status tracks in total, as they are posted to your account. This report also defines network and GPS coverage status.

Start/Stop Detail

The Start/Stop Detail Report is the keystone in our suite of reports and gives you the ability to see all vehicle activity broken down into a trip format. See start and end time for all trips as well as transit, stop and idle times for each juncture of the specified trip. These times are totaled and tallied by vehicle and fleet while giving you the key metrics to make critical decisions about your vehicle’s or fleet(s) performance.

Begin Day- End Day

The Begin Day/End Day Report informs you of the first start and last stop of the day. This report works well in tracking the activity of vehicles in “Take-Home” fleets. This report is also used to validate actual work time for workers who begin and end their workdays at their homes. The B/E Day Report also helps to reduce personal usage of company vehicles, eliminate side work and decrease overall fleet liability.

Speed

The Speed Report gives you the information needed to see speeding activity in your fleets. This user-defined report allows you to select a mph level and then receive all speed notifications for posted speeds above the selected number. This report is very helpful in reducing your fleet’s carbon footprint by keeping you notified of chronic speeders. You will have the data need to deal with this behavior and modify accordingly.
