The Start/Stop Detail Report is the keystone in our suite of reports and gives you the ability to see all vehicle activity broken down into a trip format. See start and end time for all trips as well as transit, stop and idle times for each juncture of the specified trip. These times are totaled and tallied by vehicle and fleet while giving you the key metrics to make critical decisions about your vehicle’s or fleet(s) performance.
The Begin Day/End Day Report informs you of the first start and last stop of the day. This report works well in tracking the activity of vehicles in “Take-Home” fleets. This report is also used to validate actual work time for workers who begin and end their workdays at their homes. The B/E Day Report also helps to reduce personal usage of company vehicles, eliminate side work and decrease overall fleet liability.
The Miles by State Report gives you the total miles traveled in a state by a specific vehicle or fleet, over a date range. This report is extremely helpful in computing IFTA fuel taxes which are calculated by multiplying a state mandated tax rate by the amount of miles traveled in the state.
